You are able to check the status of your order when you log in to 'My Account' and view your ‘Order History’. You will see one of the below:
- Processing - This is shown after you have placed your order and it is with our partner to pack and ship
- Partially Shipped - Orders can be shipped from multiple partners this is shown once part of your order has been shipped
- Shipped - This is shown once your entire order has been shipped
- Cancelled - This is shown once the order has been cancelled
- Returned Refunded - This is shown once an order has been received back into the warehouse and refund has been processed please allow up to 5 business days for funds to reflect back into your account
