Yes, as most deliveries are sent by courier or by Registered Post and require a signature upon delivery. This is to prevent theft or damaged high-value products. If you are not home between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, we recommend including an address where you are available during these times at check out. In the event that you cannot supply an alternative address or you are not present when the delivery is made, the courier will leave a calling card explaining how to collect or arrange re-delivery.
